Why Pro Rend & Co

A Considered Approach for Lasting Results

A professional standard built around honest specification, sound preparation and dependable project delivery.

1

Property-led advice

Recommendations begin with the background, exposure, defects and finish you want—not a one-system sales pitch.

2

Detailed preparation

Protection, repairs, beads, primers, reinforcement and junctions are treated as core parts of the work.

3

Clear quotations

Scopes are written around the agreed build-up, access and exclusions so the project can be assessed properly.

4

Domestic and commercial

Packages can be planned for homeowners, builders, developers and commercial delivery teams.

5

Programme awareness

Access, weather, drying, following trades and handover requirements are considered before work starts.

6

Careful handover

Completed areas are checked, cleaned down and accompanied by practical curing and aftercare guidance.

Questions

Answers to Common Project Questions

Which areas do you cover?
Pro Rend & Co works across Essex and the wider South East, including London, Hertfordshire, Kent, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Bedfordshire. Project suitability is confirmed at enquiry stage.
Do you provide both rendering and plastering?
Yes. The planned service range covers silicone, monocouche, insulated and traditional render systems, render repairs, plastering, skimming and associated preparation.
Can you render over an existing finish?
Sometimes, but only after the existing background has been assessed. Hollow render, movement, coatings and moisture defects can change the correct preparation or system.
Do you work with builders and developers?
Yes. Drawings, programme dates, access and package requirements can be submitted through the quote form for review.
How is a quotation prepared?
The team first reviews the project information and normally arranges a site assessment. The quotation should then describe preparation, system build-up, finish and relevant exclusions.
